Happy I Am. (Tee.)

This statement by St. Thérèse shows a depth of humility that entrusts all that one has, including one's faults and imperfections, to the mercy of God. This is the condition of a happy soul. 

More: St. Thérèse, popularly known as the Little Flower, died at the age of 24 in 1897. She was a Discalced Carmelite nun in France. Her parents, Louis, and Zélie, are also canonized saints in the Catholic Church. Her sister Léonie, who was also a nun, has a cause for beatification opened since 2015.

St. Thérèse is known as the Little Flower because she referrers to herself as that in a memoir and autobiography, Story of a Soul. She wrote this shortly before her death on her deathbed at the behest of her superior. Shortly after her death, her manuscript was read and circulated, first within her convent, and then to a wider audience.

Particular to the image of the Little Flower is an image of a soul that goes unnoticed by anyone but God. As the smallest of wildflowers in a forest of great trees, and even beautiful cultivars, the small wild flower may seem unremarkable. And yet God so desires the beauty of all things. And in this beauty, unnoticed and unremarkable as it may be, the little flower gives glory to God. That is all that is needed.

Product
This tee is made from super smooth cotton-touch polyester jersey that won't fade after washing. This is true-to-size. Please make sure to get your right fit. Shirts that are too small will not fit you! Also, this shirt is not your typical cotton tee. It's polyester and elastane. It's a little unorthodox, but we have them here because we like the designs! 

• 95% polyester, 5% elastane (fabric composition may vary by 1%)

• Four-way stretch fabric that stretches and recovers on the cross and lengthwise grains
• Regular fit

All products are print-on-demand unless specified. Once an order is placed, production usually takes anywhere between 2-7 business days. Time for customs clearance should be considered depending on the destination country.
